Hall County is a county situated in the state of Texas. Memphis is the county seat of Hall County. Warren D. C. Hall is the namesake of the town. He was a secretary of war for the Republic of Texas. The county was originally founded in 1876 and was officially organized in 1890. Hall County consists of two cities Memphis and Turkey, two towns Estelline and Lakeview, and one ghost town which is Plaska. Some of the top sights noticeable in the county are Bob Wills Museum, Mulberry Creek, and Turkey Roost Museum.
