South Brazos County Farmers’ Market is set up every Tuesday and Friday from 12:00 noon to 5:30 PM. This is set up in two different locations in College Station. At the Scott & White Clinic every Tuesday and at the Scott & White Hospital every Friday. Here, you can find farmers and growers selling fresh fruits and vegetables. There are potatoes, onions, squash, cucumber, carrots, and tomatoes here. There are also stalls that sell preserves and canned food. You can see jars of pickled figs, blackberry jam, sweet potato pineapple jam, cranberry apple jam, red onion jam, fiesta relish, green tomato pickles, and pickled carrots for sale here. You can also find homemade lemon pepper, candied lemon peel, honey, virgin olive oil, and even earthworm castings sold here. And if you ever need meat (pork, chicken, bacon, beef chuck roast), you'll find a vendor here selling those products.
