Braley Brangus has operated Since 2007. They have Brangus cattle for breeding stock and Brangus seed stock, Brangus herd sires/Brangus bulls for sale and Brangus show heifers for sale. They expanded their operations by adding local, naturally raised beef, soy-free non-GMO pastured poultry, non-GMO free-range eggs, and pork. They sell as “Local Beef” all their “cull cows” that has inferior genetics. These are the cows that do not produce a calf, or who after calving, do not breed back in a specified time frame. You can also avail of the scheduled visits for their farm with the ability for kids to pet some animals, guided tours, small stores, and BBQ. The farm opened to support the needs of the people of Corpus Christi: from schools, restaurants, and hospitals. They offer a lot of fruits, veggies, and herbs. Currently, they deliver six and a half days a week to service areas like Refugio, Kingsville, Padre Island, Alice, the Coastal Bend, and all areas in-between. They also offer their meat outside Texas like in Hawaii. Furthermore, they have partnered with international truck brokers to deliver their products to Mexico and other parts of South America. (Helping Others Together)" program. Their commitment is providing customers with excellent quality organic produce which they also provide through responsible agriculture sustainable practices. You will even "look forward" to what they "have in store". "The array of winter squashes" is a "tasty surprise, but the heirloom tomatoes" are "mouth-watering". They even give "advice on how to cook the gnarly winter squash". Their chickens are fed naturally and even complemented with bugs, earthworms, greens, and flowers. This diet gives their eggs their beautiful rich yolks and nutritional value. They "produce the most outstanding vegetables" and "outstanding greens, delectable beets, carrots, squash, onions, and gorgeous mouthwatering tomatoes" and also "delicious eggs !!!"

Seco Creek Farm is a farm that has great love for their goats. They believe that happy goats produce great products, and we agree. They have "Nice Looking Goats" and they have "exciting breedings going there!" They strive to develop an excellent herd by focusing on great bloodlines and a strong herd health program. All goats are Caprine Arthritis Encephalitis (CAE) negative and Caseous lymphadenitis (CL) free. They also have a yearly test for their goats. The owners attend every time their goats give birth. Then, the kids are separated from their dams and hand-raised. The Nubian milkers are fed a ration consisting of LaCuesta dairy pellets, 16% mare and foal ration, beet pulp, and Chaffhaye. Their goats always have access to freshwater, minerals, and quality hay. The owners also participate in linear appraisal and DHIR (Dairy Herd Improvement Registry) programs.

"The spaghetti squash" that they have is "so good!" You will become "fans" if it is your "first time trying it". They also have zucchini, yellow, and pattypan squash. There is also a nice amount of cactus plus tons of okra red and green. They also have cucumbers, swiss chard, lettuce, and green tomatoes. Starseed Farm is a family-operated Micro-farm located on the edge of the Sam Houston National Forest in Cleveland, Texas. They produce naturally grown organic vegetables and herbs as well as herbal medicine from local plant flora. There is also a small rabbitry at Starseed Farm. You can find Rexes (broken black, broken brown, red, blue, opal, black, and Otter), Californians, Mini Rex, and a pair of Tamuks, a newer breed known for heat tolerance and excellent meat production. These "Bun Buns!" are so "cute". They also stock local goods including raw grass-fed dairy, yogurt, organic bone stocks, in addition to providing fresh, organic, non-GMO baked goods. They also offer free-range eggs, Kombucha, herbal salves, and tinctures.

Sunny Knoll Farm

Sunny Knoll Farm is a multigenerational family farm. Their crops include Blueberries which are fresh in May and June and frozen year-round. They also have Free Range Pasture-raised Eggs from large laying flock and Goat Milk Soap which are made on premises after baby goats arrive. There are also fruits and vegetables from the garden and orchard when abundant yields allow. You can check them out every Saturday at Beaumont Farmer's Market on Hwy 90 from 8 to 11 am.

The Chosen Weeds is a small scale farm, raising dairy goats, chickens, and ducks as well as creating a sustainable food forest. Their chickens are pasture-raised and fed non-GMO and soy-free feed. The owner of this farm is "quite knowledgeable and her products smell amazing". The "raw goat milk soap is fabulous" and the "men’s soap smells so good". Their "other soaps make you feel like you’re showering with lotion". They also have cage-free, pastured eggs for sale as well as Australorpe/Orpington cross pullets and roosters. The Srubar Cottage

Started as a small family farm, Srubar Cottage has grown to be a favorite of many Downtown Farmers’ Market regulars. They offer a wide selection of vegetables, including tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, eggplants and peppers. They also sell jellies and jams made from their own produce as well as produce from other local growers. They have a unique offerings like coffee jelly and one of the popular items they have are their “chocolate chip cookies”. They’re looking to expand their baked goods selection soon with new cookie flavors like white chocolate macadamia nut and pecan chocolate chunk. In addition to the products that they usually sell , Srubar Cottage also brings specialty treats during the special Holiday Markets. This includes dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate mixes in decorative ornaments.
