Potter's Pizza is a testament to Henry Potter's original dough and sauce recipe, first crafted in 1991. After successfully establishing a small chain in the 4-corners area, he took a break from the business for a few years. Fast forward to August 2010, when Henry and his son Shane Potter began discussing Shane's plans after high school. Shane expressed his desire to learn the pizza business and revive the old pizza places in Texas. Henry was inspired by the idea and worked diligently to gather investors and secure a location to bring that dream to life. On March 3rd, 2011, Shane's conversation with his dad materialized into reality as Potter's Pizza opened its first location in Graham, TX.
