Jenschke Farms is a beautiful farm located in the Texas Hill Country. It was purchased by Ruby and Eugine Jenschke in 1947. It is now owned and operated by their son, Billy Jenschke. One day he decided to follow his dream and start small truck farming in the early 1970's and by 1992 he opened a small produce store in Kerrville Texas. Unfortunately, after 28 great years, he had to close the store and has now created an online business. Most of the products that they carry on their online store are made in Texas and made with produce sourced locally. Their pickled okra are made from okras grown right there at the farm.
