With the purpose of offering extremely enjoyable “plant-based snack” foods that represent the kinder side of Texas, All Y'alls Foods has three flavors of jerky inspired by our great state and four more flavors in the works. Their “plant-based jerky” has more protein, iron, and calcium than beef with no cholesterol and is full of fiber. Their recipes feature flavors and plants special to Texas, from the prickly pear and pecan to the chipotle pepper. All the protein in beef comes from the plants cows eat. The soy they are using comes with ALL 9 essential amino acids plus a heaping helping of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants too! It’s Jerky Y’all uses only “certified non-GMO whole soybeans” to deliver all that plant-based goodness to your body. They never use toxic chemicals to separate or mess with the soy in any way.
