Review of Bar Z Winery by TexasRealFood

The Bar Z Winery tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday "right by Palo Duro Canyon state park which is a must-see". Their location is "right off of I27 between Lubbock & Amarillo". This "wonderful boutique winery" offer award-winning 100% Texas wine by the glass, bottle or flight. "Very comfortable atmosphere, extremely friendly service" and the owners "are dog-friendly" too.  This place "specializes in dry, red wine" such as the Pinot Noir and Tempranillo but they also have white wines such as the "Howling Cow". Check their website since they also have events "frequently through summer and fall" and have a "chance to see deer that would come around".
