Blue Gourmet is an “artisan wholesale bakery in Dallas, Texas” that provide a consistent high quality variety of products including Artisan Breads, Dinner Rolls, Hamburger and Sandwich Buns, Focaccia, Cake Batters, and Scones. They strive to create breads and breakfast pastries that reflect “European tradition” as well as welcoming customers with a more modern pallet. They use the finest quality ingredients and they leaven the dough with natural starters. The flours come from “organic ancient grains,” fresh milled to obtain the essence of its’ flavor. Blue Gourmet believes there are no shortcuts to good bread that’s why they bake the breads in a stone oven, which is the perfect environment for excellent baking.
