Brent’s Café promises a great dining experience for everyone by offering delicious meals, while catering to any dietary restrictions. Most of the items on the menu can be made gluten-free, dairy-free, lower, or with no added sodium. And to further add to their healthier practices, Brent’s Café uses 100% trans-fat free frying oil, and the water used in their beverage is purified through a reverse osmosis system. Their menu boasts of a wide assortment of items, from starters and sides, burgers and sandwiches, and entrees that will surely entice someone’s appetite! And best of all, most of Brent's ingredients are locally sourced produce and livestock, truly making this restaurant, “The Community’s Table!”
