Review of Bull Creek Brewing Company by TexasRealFood

Established in 2011 and open to the public in 2015, husband and wife team Greg and Julia Parma own and manage Bull Creek Brewing Company. In a reversal of roles, Julia retains the title of headbrewer although it’s Greg who comes up with the recipes. Julia works full time at the brewery and taproom and manages the actual brewing, bottling, and selling of their beers. Meanwhile, Greg’s job as a full time financial analyst keeps him away from the brewery most times. That puts Julia in a class of her own. The brewery is Liberty Hill’s (and Williamson County’s) first production brewery. There’s a patio with outdoor seating, and the brewery opens from Fridays to Sundays. The large open space surrounding the brewery's metal building makes it a great space for kids and pets. The brewery offers a Secret Sipper Society membership that gives members certain privileges at the brewery.
