It is this “love of the culinary world and love of seeing others smile” that has driven the decision to go into business doing what she loves to do. Now she is serving the community with a wide array of menu from breakfast, daily lunch specials, to her “Ketogenic Tamales!” They are as close to a traditional tamale as you can get and still stay keto compliant. Caroline's Kitchen has several flavors to choose from like Traditional Pork Carnitas, Chicken Cream Cheese Jalapeno, Buffalo Chicken, and a lot more!
