Today, they offer a “full service meat market, homemade sausages, and a full burger restaurant on-site!” Their meat market offers a full range retail case complete with “custom made with the highest quality cut meat.” They also have USDA choice beef and they make their own smoked sausage. Doreck's Meat Market also offers “custom meat processing” on any animal, including deer processing during deer season.
