They specialize in using both local Texas honey and varietal honey to make unique handcrafted meads via simple methods inspired by medieval and romantic traditions. You will find it "delightful" to drink their meads such as the "black current mead" which has an "extreme flavor". This only shows how "they truly care about their craft". They make meads "with wonderful flavors that you can't get enough of". You can buy meads online at their website. You can also find their meads at the Texas Farmer's Market in Mueller and in Lakeline.
