Review of Frankly Good by TexasRealFood
Andrew "Frank" Ridout decided to go vegan in college but failed to find plant-based cookies that tasted good. This dilemma, plus his childhood love for baking pushed him to establish Frankly Good, where they promise to "give you the goodies you love, minus the ingredients you don't. " Everything they bake is "organic, non-GMO and 100% plant-based." The recipes of their cookies, brittle, and muffins do not use eggs, milk, or butter but are as "delicious, if not more so," than the ones we are used to. They are also proud of their initiative to "be as sustainable as possible," even in their packaging and operations, by using compostable bags and labels and use baking instruments that are reusable and free of harmful chemicals. Delicious, healthy and Earth-friendly, so "you can keep your heart and soul happy with every bite."
