Holdman Honey is a family-run bee farm located in Seguin, Texas. They are committed to providing raw, local honey to Texas and beyond. They offer “raw honey, creamed honey, bee pollen,” and other goodies for sale online and at various locations throughout Texas. Their pure honey comes from “local nectar” sources in Atascosa, Bexar, and Guadalupe counties in South Texas. Collected straight from the extractor, their honey is “unheated, unpasteurized, and unfiltered,” with nothing added. It's as close to the hive as you can get. Unlike conventional honey, Holdman Honey is in its true, raw form. This means their honey is filled with natural vitamins, enzymes, flavors, antioxidants, and all the other good stuff that help to make it a superfood.
