"Houlihan's is a fun or quiet place, as you need or want". "The food is really good here and the ambiance is nice". It is also "great for date arrangement or crowd arrangement". This restaurant is "located in Firewheel, Garland's finest" and "it has a good following". It is also "large enough and still quaint". It's "outside has covered seating w/ firepits and staff service". Also, "Happy Hour prices on drinks and appetizers are excellent". You can even "make a meal on the appetizers alone".
