Review of KUU by TexasRealFood

You, too, will "love Kuu". Their "sushi is as good as any in town, and the rolls are creative and delicious". Their "atmosphere and cocktails are awesome" and you will "really like several of the servers". Its "location and parking situation are a little atypical and have made it challenging for the restaurant to really get its footing in terms of full seatings at peak demand times". This only "means good tables are available". Also, "they even have live music playing in the evening so it's a nice atmosphere". And, "if you want to try a few unique dishes and special fish from Japan then this is the place for you". "The food is fresh and delicious". Their "tuna tartar is small but packs tons of flavor". Also, the "hot rock beef" is "so fun and the ponzu sauce is perfect". Plus, the "salmon is out of this world", very delicious. Lastly, "the wine list is nice". You will always "look forward to going back for more".
