The Dino Ribs here are meaty and tasty. And don't forget to feast on the all-beef brisket, made fresh daily, which is very popular among regulars here. The briskets are slow-cooked in 62-year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood, to ensure that you get to enjoy briskets that melt in your mouth.
