My Twisted Vines Urban farm offers Freshly Harvested Microgreens, Kosher Dill Pickles, Spicy Pickles, and Bread n' Butter pickles. They believe that "microgreens are packed with nutrients". Also, "while their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper". "Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants".  You can see them at the Live Oak Farmers Market as well as Deerfield Farmer's Market. They also have available Mini Microgreens Kits. These kits "are a fun and inexpensive way to start growing your own microgreens".
