They are only using the best local and organic ingredients. These include honey, herbs, and flours. They are also producing sandwich bread, burger buns, hoagie, and hotdog buns. You can find their bread at local farmers markets and local coffee shops. What's makes their product great is not just the flour, and/or local ingredients. Its the chef bakers, slicers, and others that care, and want the great Houston community to have a healthy choice for their family.
