They also grow “Aquaponic and Hydroponic” herbs and leafy greens at the farm. Olive Trunk Farm has embraced the concept of farm to table wholeheartedly. It started as a hobby, and now the farm became a General Store and Farm Stop that serves a wide array of “artisan food selections” like Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Wraps made with their in-house farm, aquaponics / hydroponics lettuce and herbs.
