Pablo's is a firm believer in "keeping it local", thus, it has helped the local community in as many ways possible by employing local residents, working with local vendors, and contracting local service workers whenever possible. Serving lunch and dinner on weekdays along with breakfast on weekends, the menu features breakfast food like "bacon, egg, and cheese taco", appetizers like "guacamole", signature dishes like "snapper chipotle", and Tex-Mex favorites like "burrito". It also features a wide variety of "enchiladas", "tacos", "quesadillas", and "fajitas". As for beverages, Pablo's serves margaritas and wines, along with a number of non-alcoholic drinks.
