Peirre’s Cajun Creations is an artisan food vendor and caterer that specializes in Cajun/ Creole food and seafood boils for all your events. On top of that, they also offer sopping sauces, marinades, and seasonings that work well with a lot of things. Their “food is off the chain excellent!” You are definitely going to “love every bit” of their food from “shrimp po’boy, catfish and fries, chicken/ sausage gumbo, and boudin balls.” The “red beans and rice with sausage” was irresistibly “delicious” as well. No wonder that this caterer is known as “Houston’s Cajun kings!” So, “if you are anywhere near them,” make sure to drop by and experience the Cajun’s authenticity right in Houston.
