A self-organizing project run by two people who value and honor nutrition, sustainability and also humanity. You can see the beautiful photos of their microgreens on their Facebook page. They "have a phenomenal photographer" and when you see their photos, you will be enticed to buy from them. River Bend Remedies produces Sunflower shoots, Arugula, Broccoli, and Kale. They also have Amaranth as well as Spicy and regular salad mix. They are also experimenting with basil, carrot, and corns. If you want microgreens for your party, they can also whip up homemade hummus with pea shoots, amaranth, and carrot micros for a party.
