Rústicas Home Bakery is a home-based business that operates under the Cottage Food Law since October 2011. Reyna Zamora, owner and baker, specializes in freshly made to order baked goods. Among them are rustic fruit desserts, cakes, cupcakes, sweet quick breads, buckles, cobblers, coffeecakes, muffins, scones, fruit empanadas, fruit pies, cookies, and more. She also takes large orders and custom cakes but they do require at least two weeks notice. Her cakes and cupcakes are frosted or iced with American buttercream, so if you’re craving for some butter or cream cheese and butter, don’t think twice and get it from Rústicas. And just a friendly “note to the world, if you order cupcakes from Rústicas Home Bakery, double your order” because “everybody loves them” so much! And, do try “the delicious tres leches cake today, it was amazing!” Highly recommended!
