Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar is a "gem tucked behind a few office buildings in uptown". And, "the way the outdoor area is set up makes it feel very private and tucked away from the busy Dallas Urban feel". They also have "a fantastic patio area". This "flows into a mature treed area with benches, fire pit, and life-size chess set". There is also "a lot of history here". The "original structure was built in 1927".  Built "as Dallas's first school for Hispanic children". Then, "in 1946 it was enlarged to be the first Hispanic girl's high school". "Saint Ann Dallas offers" a "solid, gluten-free brunch option". They also "have a variety of other brunch dishes for those without gluten allergies" such as "their farm burger and breakfast pizza, both of which are topped off with fried eggs".
