Freshly-cooked food - Pansit Bihon, Pinakbet, Chicken Adobo, Binagoongan, Monggo, Chicken Hamonado, Chicken Curry, Dinuguan, Menudo, Bicol Express, Pork Sinigang, and Sisig - are laid out and customers fall in line so that they can see for themselves what food is available.
