They have all cuts of meat that you can get at a very good price. Their “USDA Ground Chuck” is ground fresh every day, perfect for making a juicy burgers. They also offer custom cut of whole ribeye or T-bone, briskets, stew meat, ground burger, Pork chops, Pork loins, bacon, chicken whole or in leg quarters. For years, Stark Brothers Beef Shop have been serving a lot of local retail customers, as well as local restaurants and other establishments who have been buying their “premium products.” If you are looking for deer sausage, pork, beef, or even chicken sausage this is a great place to come.
