The milk they sell is fresh from the pasture-raised, grass-fed Jersey cows, without any homogenization or pasteurization. This allows you to enjoy the true flavor and health benefits of real milk. It is bottled to ensure the freshest product. Their cheese products are made from pasteurized milk, hand cut into blocks or shapes and individually waxed in assorted colors.
