There is something about freshly baked hand pies that definitely hits the spot and warms the heart. In Texas Hand Pie Co., a whole lotta love has gone into their process. Everything is “made from scratch from real ingredients”, their dough prepared "in small batches," and “each pie is hand-shaped.” Most of their ingredients have been locally sourced as well, from their bourbon to their herbs! Whether you are craving for something sweet and fruity, or something savory, they’ll get to satisfy your pie fix with their variety of flavors! And have they got an interesting line up with their Bacon Mac and Cheese Pie, the Chorizo Empanada Pie, the Bourbon Vanilla Peach, and even a Cherry Dr. Pepper pie!
