Third Coast Coffee roasts their coffee beans to order in small batches, developing profiles to bring out the “best qualities” of each and every bean. They carry a wide range of coffees and roast profiles in accordance with their belief that coffee, in all its complexity should be respected, shared, and above all, enjoyed. They also have “Frios Mio”, a delicious bottled cold-brew in both ready-to-drink and "mix it yourself" concentrate forms. Be sure to check this place out if you're on the south side. There's a huge selection of specialty and organic coffees. You can get a free cup of whatever they're brewing for the day during your visit.
