ThoroughBread is a small-batch bakery specializing in “all-organic flour and naturally leavened sourdough.” This charming establishment in the heart of Austin is seriously impressive! Upon entering, you will be greeted with a smile, a genuine interaction, and the smell of “freshly baked breads.” Their full bread lineup includes sourdoughs like white, whole wheat, rye, olive, cinnamon raisin, and gluten-free. They use organic flour, grains & produce wherever possible. The loaves and boules are beautiful and the “warm and gooey cookies” are huge and inviting. The coffee selection is simple, but “carefully and thoughtfully selected.” If you haven’t tried all the delicious bread and out of this world cookies please do yourself a favor by visiting ThoroughBread!
