Review of Under The Radar Brewery by TexasRealFood
As with other craft breweries, Under The Radar Brewery got its start in homebrewing. Its three founders brewed in their garage until they realized they could bring their hobby to the next level. Starting out small and opening without so much as a sign, the brewery’s name suggests how things were initially done at the brewery. It also found a perfect spot among condos and townhomes, and further bolsters the under-the-radar nature of the brewery.
Their taproom, though small, has an outdoor area, and serves five “usuals” (their core beers) and a couple of seasonal/ special beers. It’s also kid- and dog-friendly, much like a backyard in one’s neighborhood. They’re not canning their brews yet, but do check their website for updates on where their beers are available.
