Inspired by the Mayan word which means “mountain,” Witz Coffee brings the finest single-origin coffee to Texas. These Arabica beans are grown in a 4,000ft above sea level mountain in Marcala, Honduras. Thus, their company tagline goes, “Elevate your day!” And speaking of which, their coffee will certainly elevate your day! Let me start with their signature coffee shot with espresso caviar. Yes, they were the ones who originated these spherification caviars using their own coffee beans! If you like different textures in one shot, this is definitely your way to go. On another note, they also offer the “best cold brew ever!” Their classic cold brew is already “delicious” and it really gets you up and going.
