They have a very good selection of produce and a pleasing amount of locally sourced. Their bakery is full of delicious and authentic pastries, loaves of bread, cakes, cookies and pies. They also have tons of fresh and exotic produce coupled with a fresh seafood and meat market along with a bulk foods section and fresh cheese counter. All combine for fun shopping to be ended with a stop at the fresh foods bistro. Also, the cafe is kick-ass, too!
