There are many barbecue joints in Texas but there are very few places you can go where you can find great barbecue and excellent chocolate. It may sound unusual, but barbecue and chocolate are both the best when it comes to savory and sweet food. The hand-crafted chocolate and truffles here are made from raw cocoa beans, sourced from cacao farms around the world. The meat is USDA Prime Grade brisket, used in making authentic Texas-style barbecue.
