Fatsolush Winery was founded in 2014 and has a small tasting room located in Caldwell, Texas. They are currently only open on the weekends, but you can call and ask if they can be open for a weekday by appointment. Visit them and stop in for a taste of the available wines. Whether you like red or white wines, sweet or dry wines, they have a little something for everyone. "Blanc Noir is delicious". All their wines are made in house using traditional techniques. They have "awesome music and delicious wine". You can also taste their wines at the Texas Reds Steak & Grape Festival.
