Annona town is located in Red River County in the US state of Texas. According to the US 2010 census, the town had 315 people. In an earlier census carried out in 2000, the town had 282 people living in 116 households, and comprising of 72 families. The town had just about 142 housing units at the time. In terms of size, the town’s total area is estimated at 0.8 square miles, all of which is land. The characteristic climate for Annona is hot and humid summers and cool to mild winters. It’s often described as a humid subtropical climate.
