Benjamin city is Knox County in the US state if Texas. It is the official seat with 258 residents, according to the 2010 census. It was established in 1884 by Wichita and Stock Company president, Hilory G. Bedford. Mr. Bedford named the city after his son, who had earlier been struck dead by lightning. He is also donated 50 acres for the construction and proper organization of the town. One of the attractions here is Knox County Museum. It enjoys the privilege of being housed by an ancient courthouse. The other is Knox County Jail that has since been turned into a private residence.
