Blanco is a city that lies in Blanco County in Texas, United States. This city is on the West side of Austin as well as North to the downtown of San Antonio. A post office introduced its services in this city whose influence spread along the Blanco River. A civil war altered the operation of mail services, and they almost came to a halt. However, the residents raised money to facilitate mail services. At this point, the weekly delivery of mails came into effect to remain updated on the war. The city survived the civil war and continued to grow.
