Blooming Grove town is situated in Navarro County in the US state of Texas. The Blooming Grove, also known as Gradyville, is rooted in a store established by Sam Andrews and R. J Grady at the end of the civil war. In 1871, a post office came into an establishment, and residents met at White Church Cemetery to select a community name. This place got its name from John Marion Davies’ Blooming Grove, Illinois, which was this local doctor’s birthplace. The White Church is a product of Methodist Mission in 1869. In March 1890. the boundaries of this town came clear as the need to detach arose.
