Visit and enjoy award-winning wines in this "quaint little winery on Main Street that you just feel at home in". En Gedi Vineyards is only two hours from Houston off Highway 6 and less than an hour from Waco. "Worth the beautiful drive to get there" and have a "great Texas wine" such as the "outstanding""Great White" or experience the "aroma for the Sangiovese" which is also "amazing". "The atmosphere and owners" are "equally as impressive as their wine selection". Spend a "delightful afternoon" or a "wonderful evening" and you may end up "returning for another Sangria and a bottle of Raw (Natural) Blanc Du Boise white wine".
Dancing Bee Winery is "located within the Walker Honey Farm shop". Visit them and you will "love the secluded location with a nice view" of this "spacious country store with honey products and selection of mead wines". They "specialize in mead wines made from their honey farm but also have grape wines as well". Try the "Moscato with a meat and cheese plate". A very "interesting" tasting experience and the "cheese board" is a "great balance". The staff is "knowledgeable", "friendly and helpful". They have "plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating" with "great prices as well". Definitely, this winery is "worth the drive".
There is a variety of bold, memorable fruit wines that you won't find anywhere else. Moose & Goose Winery has a "relaxing environment and great wine" and the "great bouquet flavors are fantastic". To visit them, "head down FM 2086 and turn south on Apple Cider road to get to Middle Road". They specialize in artisanal fruit wines for "a truly unique taste". Each wine is "made from fruit" as "opposed to fruit juice with alcohol in it". They are "open just one weekend a month" but "the wait is worth it". Give them a call before visiting for a taste especially if you want to "try Triple Berry, Blueberry, Black Currant or the Elderberry".
