Their bread contains no preservatives, no trans fats and uses local ingredients. The bakery is now strategically located in the beautiful and prosperous city of Kyle, Texas, staying true to the original goal of providing high quality artisan breads, “made fresh and delivered daily” to local restaurants.

Jinx Bread, which is located in Austin, Texas, is a neighborhood bakery specializing in naturally-leavened bread. The bakery does not use commercial yeast. The bread here also has no seeds, sugar, nuts, dairy, or artificial sourdough flavoring. Customers love the bread here because the caramelized crust of the bread provides a perfect crunchy texture that compliments the extra soft bread underneath that crust. Visit the store for some much-deserved excellent bread. They have The Original Rustic, Whole Wheat, Rustic Mini, and Guzzini Bread Box. If you want a Saturday pick-up, head up to Barton Creek Farmers' Market anytime between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Every Sunday, the Pedernales Farmers Market is where you can pick up your order, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
