The US census-designated place (CDP) of Edroy is situated in San Patricio County in the state of Texas. According to the 2010 census, Edroy’s population was 331 in 2010. This CDP was named in honor of Roy Miller and Ed Cubage, who platted it. It covers an area of 2.1 square miles, all of which is land. According to the 2000 census, Edroy’s population was at the time estimated at 420 with 101 families and 118 households. The population would later decline to 379 as per the 2019 population estimates. Odem-Edroy Independent School District currently serves the place’s education needs.
