Acre Distilling takes its name from the distillery’s location, the infamous Hell’s Half Acre. Once Fort Worth’s “den of sin and vice” and the site where renegades like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid roamed, the area is now home to Acre Distilling since 2015. The founders of Acre Distilling were once with a brewing company until they ventured into the liquor world. Along with the distillery's aptly named spirits such as Hell’s Half Acre Rum, Longhair Jim Bourbon, and Miss Addie’s Vodka, the distillery also serves coffee and cocktails. Acre Distilling has over 18 different products including single malt whiskey, bourbon, vodka, gin, rum, cordials, bitters, and flavored liqueurs.
