The Highland Village is a city located in Denton County, Texas. It is the conurbation of Dallas. The Highland Village was founded in 1963. And the town’s population was 15,056 as of the 2010 census. The town was incorporated as a city when it was founded. The town had a population of 516 citizens back in the 1970 census. Dallas International Airport helped stimulate tremendous growth every 10 years. More and more business enlargement is happening, although it’s still mostly a residential area. Some of the town’s known attractions are Pilot Knoll Park, Lewisville Lake, and Doubletree Ranch Park. As stated by the US Bureau, the city has an overall area of 6.4 square miles.
