Originally established by two husband-and-wife teams in 2011, Double Horn Brewing Company has been under new ownership since Fall 2016. The brewery continues to take pride in “providing some of the best beer in Central Texas”. The brewery takes its name from a tiny Texas town founded in 1885. It refers to an incident at the nearby creek where the “remains of two bucks with interlocked antlers” were found. Presumably, the deers tussled and died with antlers entangled.
