Kerrville is the city located in Kerr County in Texas and is the seat of the county. At the 2010 census, the town’s population was 22,347 citizens and is estimated to be around 23,729 as of 2018. There is evidence that there were humans living in the area of the city 10,000 years ago. James Kerr, a major in Texas Revolution fortified the area in 1856. The community was known as Kerrville and endured as the county seat. Some of the top sights located in the city are a replica of Stonehenge (Stonehenge II), Museum of Western Art, Louise Hays Park, and The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens.
