They also plan to offer educational workshops to teach locals on how to grow their own food and birding tours as well! The currently do not have any livestock on the property but they do have some of the most beautiful birds you can see as they're located in the "birdiest corridor in North America!"

This beloved business does not just sell honey, it also has  jellies, candies, freeze-dried fruits, and granola! If you are a regular, you get the chance to purchase freshly-harvested fruits and vegetables whenever they are in season. Another treat from La Gorra Azul Ranch is their pickled and canned food.
