Leroy is a city located in McLennan County in Texas. As of the 2010 census, the town’s population was 310. The town was platted around the 1890s, and it was granted its post office in the early 1900s. As the U.S Bureau states, the community has a total area of 1.9 square miles, all of it is land. The town itself is distributed by the West Independent School District. Leroy Smith is the reason because of the town’s name.
